In a lot of ways, it is a shame to
come all the way to Africa and spend the entire time admiring
her wildlife and beautiful landscapes without spending any
time with the people. Africa is home to some of the most
fascinating ethnic cultures on earth, and for those of us who
are interested in the world’s ancient cultures, we offer the
opportunity to visit some of these cultures as part of your
safari experience.We
offer a high adventure and totally unique walking safari in
Kenya or Tanzania’s Maasai region, walking through some of the
most dramatic country in the region with Maasai guides,
getting to know their ways of life, their culture, and
stopping occasionally to visit a village en route. This
experience also takes us through some fantastic game viewing
areas, affording us great opportunities to view the region’s
plains game, and occasionally one or two of the Big Five such
as elephant, buffalo, lion and leopard.
